RULES AND REGULATIONS
Northeast Cove is a peaceful, quiet getaway. To ensure an enjoyable experience, we require that all our guests abide by the following rules and regulations:
No pets permitted on site
Not suitable for children under 10
No smoking of any substances inside the domes
(subject to a $250.00 additional charge)
Maximum of 2 people
Check out: 11:00am
No loud music
No moving items between domes
Quiet time: 10:00pm
Dome must be left in the same condition prior to arrival. Please wash your dishes and take out all garbage.
At Northeast Code Geodomes Limited, we strive to provide exceptional accommodations and experiences for our guests. If you need to cancel your reservation, we understand, and we’re here to help.
All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 administration fee.
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
Please note: Bookings of 3 or more domes or for bookings of 10 or more days duration are subject to the following policy:
Cancellations made 21 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 20 and 14 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

- Once your cancellation is confirmed and meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Guests who fail to arrive on the check-in date without prior notification will be considered a “no-show.”
No-shows are non-refundable.
Guests who choose to depart earlier than the scheduled check-out date will not be entitled to a refund for any unused nights.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Accommodations:
If upon arrival, you find your geodome accommodation to be unsatisfactory or damaged, please inform our staff immediately.
We will make every effort to address the issue promptly and may offer a refund or alternative accommodation, depending on availability and the severity of the situation.
